No matter where you are in the process of turning vegan, I wanted to include some reliable sources that you can use to reeducate yourself on the topic. These are sources I have used myself, both in my process of first turning vegetarian and then vegan, and I have included both academic and entertaining sources to appeal to both the ethical, environmental, and health aspect of veganism.

Cook books
I think that sometimes we complicate things in cook books – I would just download Dr Greger’s app “Daily Dozen” (it’s free) and if you make sure to eat according to that app you’ll be fine. If you want to get more technical, use cronometer.com, a free site where you can put in everything you’ve eaten and track that you get all your micros and macros everyday. Super simple! Don’t make it more difficult than it is, simplicity is key.
However, if you want some inspirations:
- Oh She Glows: Angela Liddon
- Deliciously Ella: Ella Woodward (fresh, healthy, oil-free, gluten-free food)
- Keep it Vegan: Aine Carlin (Good when you want to veganize your favourite meat-recipes)
- Minimalist Baker’s Everyday Cooking: Dana Shultz (simple vegan versions of traditional food and more)
